The WHEATON COLLECTIBLES Mini Presidential Decanter Series was issued in 4 groups. The first three groups consisted of 12 Decanters each. Group 1 included Presidents 1 thru 12, Group 2 includes Presidents 13 thru 25 and Group 3 included Presidents 26 thru 37. The Wheaton Nuline Division of Wheaton Industries issued these 36 decanters in 1971 and 1972. These miniature Decanters (only 3'tall) in iridescent shades of ruby, emerald blue, amethyst and turquoise were packaged in a gift box shaped like the "White House", two rows of 6 decanters were packed in each box.
The decanters were also distributed in single Plastic bubble packs on a display card. A free standing revolving floor display Rack was used to put the complete set of 36 decanters on display at one time. Only 36 decanters were in the set as only a single decanter was issued for Grover Cleveland who was the 22nd and 24th President.
These 36 mini decanters were the only one's made by Wheaton Industries as they terminated production of these types of commemorative glass articles in 1975 and assigned production to Millville Art Glass.
After approximately 10 years M.A.G.issued 3 additional decanters using the same design except the colors were not the same and they were not iridescent. Presidents 38, 39, and 40 were produced in 1985 and a small M on the front to identify them as being made by M.A.G. The fourth and final decanter issued for George Bush the 41st President was issued in 1989. The final 4 decanters were produced in much smaller quantities, as the distribution network set up by Wheaton Industries was no longer active.
Below, please find the information for the second group, Presidents 13 thru 25.

Below, please find information for the fourth group, Presidents 38 thru 41. The 4 decanters in this group are the hardest to locate due to the small quantities produced and limited distribution. Since these decanters are not part of the initial issue by WHEATON INDUSTRIES only a die-hard collector would want to have these.
